    Whether your a first time tenant or if renting for you is a way of life Marble Property Services has a constant changing choice of properties to rent. So whenever you intend to move register with us at the earliest point of the process. Even if we don't have the ideal property for you now, new homes are coming to the market all the time and that way we can let you know as soon as possible.

    What happens next.......we will want to ask you a few questions to ensure that you are properly matched to your potential new home. We will then arrange for you view the property at a convenient time.

    When you find the home you are looking for, that's when the legal stuff starts, but don't worry we will guide you through all of this.

      Steve Thrower Managing Director
      Steve has over 40 years relevant experience working for Developers, Estate Agencies and Financial Service organisations at a senior level. An expert in land acquisition, New Home Sales, financial services, surveying and specialising in the provision of marketing services and consultancy for the new build industry, throughout the United Kingdom. Qualified in Land Management, Sales Management and Marketing. Steve has been a Business Champion for the East Midlands Development Agency, a board member of Derby Playhouse and an advisory council member of Arts & Business East Midlands. Steve was also a member of Homes For Scotland, where he contributed to their Customer Relations Group. Steve still divides his time between England and Scotland allowing him many opportunities to enjoy both his photographic hobby and attending as many concerts as his travels allow.
